Hi Pat,

Not that I know of. The last PSUB fatality I heard about was two guys
up in Michegan about ten years ago. They designed a sub for market. During
testing at around 30ft one of the bubble windows inverted and broke.

I guy was killed by the window. The other guy managed to get clear and swim
to the surface. I believe this incident is in the archives.
