I'm mighty skeptical on that 100 pounds of thrust number from a 12 volt 
MinnKota. I'd guesstimate it somewhere between 12 and 26, depending on the 
unit. Rule of thumb was that you could wring about 75-80 pounds of thrust per 
horsepower.
