Pat,

PS I don't know what your 4 HP thrust would be but if you knew how many watts 
were needed to drive the motor then I would assume a ratio of 70 Pounds 
thrust to 1.2 horsepower. You might be roughly close. The only real question 
is "Are you happy with the performance of the Sub?". If so playing the 
numbers game is of academic interest only.
