Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] guns?
UGH, UGH, and also UGH!!! The original question was not really a question. I
kind of apologize for bringing this up, but I think it may have been
educational for all. Someone originally said that a large surface
polycarbonate canopy at 60 ft of pressure would not hold up to bumps and
grinds. I was trying to make a point that 1/2" to 3/4" polycarbonate would
withstand .38 and 9mm NATO rounds. This is a UL listing to determine the
impact resistance from projectiles for bullet proof "glass". I have very
mixed emotions when it comes to fire arms. I have many personal experiences
as a coin and bullion dealer. The need to pack a gun (and use it) is one of
the reasons I got out of the business. I'd like to change the subject.
I shouldn't, but I may instigate another non-sub related debate. Here it
goes: Has anyone ever been approached with a request for there sub to be
used to transport narcotic? Hmmm.. Gives new meaning to the term "blow and
go". Getting Narc'd
Never mind, let's get back to using our gray matter for building. I really
enjoyed philosophy in college, but I doubt that any of those philosophers
knew the difference between a monkey wrench and a bar room wench to satisfy
me. Get em up, move em out....
