a power head is a  explosive device on the tip of a spear that , is used
many times to kill sharks or in underwater warfare, another frogman, since
many of the psubs members are found of weapons, reflecting this i added as
an item, some of the psubs are considering to built a lifeaboard psubs
capabilities unit, certainly at the discretion of the captain a firearm
should be carried on board, whithout going into further considerations,
which is best left to the personal knowledge  of each.

 I do have on the list  a gpirb/epirb , and beacon flashlight, as well as an
underwater locator unit(home beacon for the rescue party to reach the
disabled vessel.
