Regarding heat:
I like what someone from the list had called water before... the
infinite heat sink.

Hey, that will work! You can make a watertight box (you probably should
use
regular desktop parts though, they're cheaper), put it _outside_ of the
hull
and actually use water for cooling (run bronze piping inside). Water
cooling
has been done and it's very effective.
