The imagenex links don't work at my end - cannot find server - I will
try them again latter.

My next line of thought is "How do you adapt these units to a P- sub".

To keep Jay happy lets assume that we are talking about a sub bigger
than a K series with room for the screens and adequate battery power. My
initial thought was two units one sounding the upper 90' and one the
lower 90' from horizontal.

Most of my sonar experience has been with various Imagenex units - check

them out at http://www.imagenex.com

Also, a good basic primer on sonar function is available at that site.
