Thanks for the links to the images of the canoe, you are always a wealth of information.  All accounts that I have read concerning the operational deployment of these units were failures so other than the reference for sport use after the war, they appear to have drifted into oblivion.

 

Trades emails with John Lambert today, still waiting on the delivery of my batch of sub plans from him.
