Hmm, looks to me like a hard thing to calculate. My only idea is that
you could try usig a specialized software for that. Solidworks and
COSMOSworks for example, the last one enables all kinds of tests on a
specified project, shape, mechanism, etc.

I could be wrong, but on a first sight the shape of your hull is
weakest on a top and bottom sides, where the water pressure has an
easiest job crushing it when submerged below your designs depth. So
the pumpkin-ribs-like stiffeners of yours might be the best solution.
Your hull's shape is very similar to the SP-350 project, mentioned in
a Busby's book, but a couldn't find any information about the ribs
inside its pressure hull. Other books with informations about sp-350
are "Exploring the Ocean Depths" by Edward H. Shenton (Scientific
diving of .SP-350) and Cousteau.J. Y.1956 "The Living Sea". Harper &
Row, New York (early history of SP-350). Maybe there are more
technical informations in these books.
