Jay, The mock up was my first experience with molds and fiberglass. The mock up "squats" a bit out of round from it's own weight but the general dimensions are close. The hull will be 2 hemispheres and a cylinder. I am working on strength/stiffener calculations now. I want 800 ft. The front hull piece (with the dome opening) was already fabricated (salvaged from the PC-1402) so it has ABS certification. I believe this is the major area of hull strength issue due to the large opening but my feeling is Perry got it right. Now that I have the pressure hull dimensions established I can do all the fun math. Thanks, Steve Quoting "Jay K. Jeffries" <bottomgun@mindspring.com>: > Steve, > > Congratulations on the mock up.
