I'm not trying to be a smart ass, but are you sure that trojan batteries
are really unique.
When you say best bang for the buck are you refering to the brand or the
specific style and/or group number.
I am just now trying to finalize my battery choice so that I will be abe to
build the battery box.
I am a dealer for Interstate batteries but am open to suggestions. I am
planning on using a super deep cycle 6 volt as is used in continous draw uses
like flor scrubbers etc. and also plan on comparing output with the much smaller
and less expensive golf cart batteries. The very large batteries have gone up
more than 100% in the last 1 - 2 years because of the lead cost. They also have
a core charge of over $80.00 if you do not have an old one. The prices on the
smaller ones do not appear to have ncreased nearly as much.
Any insights are appreciated.
