Charlie, I'm happy you are still with us and Ginger is back too, so the seas
and lakes are now calm and flat and excellent for some psubbing if we only
had a sub.  I wish we had a psubs group sub we all owned on a time share
basis.  Better than each of us waiting 10 years in design and construction.
Is yours for sale, Jon Shawl?  How much and where is it?  Charlie and I are
in.
