"SUPERCIRCUITS" in Austin, Texas [USA] sells
small tv cameras (both as kits and assembled).
They're not designed directly for u/w work, but
I'm sure they could be adapted.  I know they've
got a website, but I can't find bookmark for the url
anywhere.
