I think that would work as long as:

1. It's set low enough so the batteries don't implode first.
2. You run it into the bellows so that you don't pull in air from outside.

Anything else I'm missing?

Just to clarify I'm a lurker on this group who is just exploring this idea. 
I'm way out of my league.  That's why I posed these ideas more as a question.
