It says to drill an 1/8" hole in both sides between the magnets and wrap clear tube around the housing a couple of times. Couple of questions come to mind. I understand that the tubing is to allow the the expansion of the oil when it gets hot but I wouldn't think that the tubing would be flexible enough to allow for that. If it is, would a 1/4" hole be better? also, is this method based on theory or has someone actually had a problem with the O ring being compromised in the past because they didn't have a place for the oil to expand?
