My preference would be option 1.

A couple of things floating around in my head regarding overnight storage of vessels.
1) Even if Suhrs do not commit to Florida in January, I would be willing to ask if they would still allow us to store subs on their property overnight.  They have a vacant lot that is gated and frankly it's a pretty high end neighborhood, so I don't think we'd have to worry about vandalism.
2) The Aquarius admin building may have space to store subs overnight however they are directly on the main road and not gated.  They are located right next to the Coast Guard.  In return, we could offer them a public display at their location to help bring awareness to the Aquarius habitat.  If we can get a tow to Aquarius I think this is our best bet to work with a university and get some good, warm, salt water diving experience.  It would be a media win for everyone.
3) I could inquire within my neighborhood for "host" driveways to hold vessels overnight and provide power.  I'm sure I can get at least two of my immediate neighbors to agree and would have to poke around to find a couple more.  They might be spread out a little bit but at least all in the same neighborhood.  My neighborhood is very safe.
Can you give me your thoughts on these options and if you feel safe with them.  I will also be trying to find out if I can find someone willing to provide tow services and what it would cost.
These two issues, storage and towing, seem to be the biggest obstacles we need to address.  Frankly, no matter where the location we choose, traversing to a dive site is always going to be an issue unless it's a shore dive such as we did at Lake Charlevoix.
