Hi
On Pisces 8 - the approved manual method to equalise pressure was to swing your weight on the hatch locking mechanism and turn to unlatch maintaing your weight on the handles and "burp" any excess internal pressure! Gives visions of exiting the sub like a polaris missile!

Can anyone enlighten me on what sought of mechanism
is used that renders the opening of the hatch possible only after
equalisation, as per G.L. Requirements?
Thanks
