I believe Carsten said that depending on your hatch configuration you
should undog the hatch before flooding, otherwise the bubble can jam the
hatch dogs with the force of the bubble pushing on the underside of the
hatch.  I seem to remember he said this after they did a load of testing
escape procedures in a pool and he got stuck.
