James,
The ones on ebay are belt driven, mine is direct drive.  Also my compressor does not have the radiator looking part, not sure what that is.  The stripped down version is very small and weighs maybe 5 lbs.  I would say it is a cubic foot.  What I like about the ebay compressors is the fact it is belt drive.  Your not married to a certain voltage, you can swap out the motor to what ever suits your needs.
