I am fine with a Raymarine fluxgate compass with rhe sensor mounted in the
mast or (nonferro) bow compartment.

tight Alu housing.

Hi guys, I've been searching the database looking  for a discussion on the
best choice of a compass for use in my submersible.  I looking for dash
mount, limited to 3" dia. My tablet will provide headings while on the
surface, but not so much under water. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
