Impressive looking manipulator! How did you figure out how long each arm should be, size rams, claw construction, what will be the lifting capacity of the arm fully extended? did you make a VBT up forward to keep the sub trimmed while picking up a load? What are the arms made of? any construction pictures of it while you went?

I just posted four new pictures showing my progress of gamma as promised.  I was hoping to operate the manipulator today but the hyd pump is not pumping oil.  I am hoping the oil is to heavy and cold to get sucked into the pump, that will be an easy fix.
