>thanks' your correct, I get after it :-)   The hydraulic cylinder on the side of the sub is the swing cylinder.  The hydraulic cylinder at the base of the arm in the front is the jettisoning cylinder and it is new.  The cylinders in the arm are air cylinders not hydraulic.  They work well for this application because they have o-ring seals witch is good if your hyd system is not compensated.
