[PSUBS-MAILIST] scrubber performance

Is it normal for a scrubber's performance to improve after 15 min or so.  My scrubber is maintaining the sub at  2,300 ppm  but started much higher like 3,500 ppm.   Is 2,300 ppm on the high side?
