[PSUBS-MAILIST] Design help

[swaters via Personal_Submersibles]

I was wondering since I am not a good engineer, if I come up with a concept, how could I go from concept to calculated blue prints that I can build off of? I believe I remember some people in psubs have done design work for other people for a reasonable fee.
