[PSUBS-MAILIST] launch system

Floats isnt a bad idea either.  My problem is that my trailer is too tall,
meaning ive got to push it really deep into the water to get the sub off.
Still not sure what im doing with it.  I'll finish my skid wheels this
weekend and see how they work out.
