Hi Steve,
Nice trailer! great job, love the torque flex axels. 
I notice you don't have brakes, I didn't realize the K250 was that light.  May I suggest a brace from the frame to support the middle of the fender.  It will bend if it is a step, you might have one already, just can't see it.

 The main improvement was the addition of a
 trailer mounted tongue extension system. I also added some
 1/4" thick PFTE strips on the skid plates.  I am
 anxious to see if it holds up and provides some slickness.
 
 I can now take it somewhere and get a weight for
 it since it is "done".
 
 I would like to see more "trailer"
 photos posted.
