[PSUBS-MAILIST] Delrin gear box

Brian,
I assume this is low rpm to control things?  I would not coat it with grease, I would pack it plumb full of grease.  Just thread in a couple of nipples and fill er up.

 Here is my delron  6 to 1 gear box.   The
 unit is all stainless, along with the shaft, the delron
 a great material for a water environment.   The
 only problem I had was the bevel gears which are ;not
 stainless, so my plan is to just coat them with
 grease.  Also my 90 degree gears use the same system of
 containment, using snap rings to hold the alignment
