Delta is in Torrance, CA the last I heard. You might have seen Submaray (depth rating 300 feet). Initially called Dolphin, she is the original for what became the Nekton series, all built by Doug Privitt and friends.

We didn't get a chance to look at it back in August.  A very interesting submarine.  Hank, is it just a bit smaller than Gamma?  I believe that it only goes to 800fsw rather than Gammas 1000fsw.
