[PSUBS-MAILIST] soda sorb

Sodasorb is dustier.  Functionally they are comparable. I prefer the Sofnolime product, but it may not be worth the extra expense if there is a significant difference.  I'm pretty sure you can source either in Canada, just not necessarily locally.
