Doh,

Figured it out. Standard Dayton 7/8" pump shaft seal.

BTW, this motor housing is beautifully machined. I'll ask John Maynard if they made it or bought it from Kittridge.  I can see why people go with newer tech trolling motors and compensate with oil. This thing must have been a beast to fabricate.
