Thanks Hank,
I can't recall whats below the water line, but was thinking that the volume
of any ballast tank around that sphere would have to be at least as much
as the volume of what is showing out of the water plus a litre of air for every
kilo of weight above the waterline. ( I think this is right) If Brian is relying on
the filling of ballast tanks in the tail section to bring the spherical section under
the water it won't happen!
