there is the Deep Sea Power & Light battery box.

Probably very expensive. 
I built one out of marine ply for a 48V lithium battery pack, but this was for
going in a boat not underwater.
You could easily taylor something to your battery configuration with marine
ply, screwing & glueing it together & covering it with epoxy. I would mix a 
thickener with the epoxy & fillet the joints. They make boats like this so
should be good for a battery box!
