Hi Hank,
yes I remember they are carbon fibre & I believe you are going to
pressurise them to something like 1500psi. But what I thought was that
the 1000lb net buoyancy was to counteract the negative buoyancy of
the pressure hull. So thought they would be up front so you don't nose
dive. Those floats look good.
