[PSUBS-MAILIST] Purge Valve

Hi Alan, the yoke that is attached to my hp air tank has a bleeder valve as
part of the yoke, then a shut off valve prior to entering the pressure
hull. Procedure for tank change out, shut valve, open bleed valve, then
remove yoke.  I dont have the same type of setup for my o2 tanks though as
there is no hidden pressure zone.
