Description: 
		The outrigger pipes are to hold SCUBA tanks for 
		the ballast control. The beams/boxes that hold 
		the 'pipes to the pressure hull are the ballast 
		tanks. Actually only half the beam is the tank, 
		as its 6" high, 12' long, on both hull sides,
		plenty enough buyancy. I was thinking of using 
		the rest of the space for an emergancy system 
		to right the hull and or bring it up if it gets 
		inverted and I can right it...... and use a 
		seperate HPA system (C02 liquid) for it...... 
		I'm not sure, just brain storming still...... 
		what ya think ???
