Kraka has this design.
Ist a 1atm sub. With hull integrate diver look out hatch.
Means the hole pressure hull is the diver lock out.
A 1atm sub with is dry nad than later wet inside will be not possible
because of the heavy change of weight and bouancy.
Possible is a dry chamner under pressure with a bottom hatch.
