RE: [PSUBS-MAILIST]

Rick,

For some reason, I didn’t receive a copy of this article and would be very interested in reading about your Russian exploits.

Respectfully,

Jay

Right after the incident where a Russian sub got fowled in a net a while ago and was rescued just in time, I wrote an article about my personal involvement with the Russians in developing a state of the art deep diving vessel to perform welding procedures in the Caspian sea and about the small double lock submarine that they had developed capable of locking on and transferring divers into a saturation system for decompressing.  There wasn't one response from anyone so I thought it didn't get posted as I thought there would certainly be some interest out there on the topic.  I directly contacted one of the psub members to see if they received the post and he said that he did.  I was a little surprised to see the response from a post regarding a flying car which is interesting but a little off the sub topic.  Just an interesting observation,,,
