This is just a quick introduction after I've joined
the Mailing List. I've been reading the Psubs.org web site and it seems to have
a load of interesting tidbits of information, so I thought I'd join the mailing
list.
I'm more into the robotics side of design, focusing
more on ROVs. ALthough I'm definatley a beginner when it comes to underwater
design. (Figuring out how to seal a shaft that would keep water out was an...
interesting experience) I'm hoping to design a 500m rated ROV at some point as
my ultimate goal, however I'm working on a 100m starter ROV which is basicly a
camera with thrusters at the moment.
Hope to be able to contribute where I
can.
