Just wondering if you really need a hemispherical versus a 2:1 semi-elliptical head? The latter tends to be significantly cheaper to manufacture.
Sorry, no sources, but a Google search for boilermakers, or pressure vessel heads should turn up something.

They've been around a while and have basically the best online 
    machine-shop service in the world from what I've seen.  Very
    useful.  I've never used em as I have no projects goin at this
    time, but I plan on it for sure if I have the money to burn.
