I just read the main document. As someone with a bit of recent
experience helping coordinate a PSUBS convention, I must say... THAT is
how to do it! I think we'd do well to recycle many elements of the
European approach on this side of the pond next time. I particularly
like the way you have managed to disengage from the need for
registration and instead made it a public event.
