Several of the K350s used rollers (delrin on ss shaft) at the forward end of the battery pods to aid and abet launch and recovery.

Just a quick question. Is the dry weight of your sub 2 tons ?  My sub is pretty small and I calculate the weight on land to be closer to 4 tons, maybe 5.

I saw a sub in Michigan with small rollers on the bottom, and will have something similar on mine to be able to roll it in and out of my shop, and onto the trailer.....Frank D.
