[PSUBS-MAILIST] Must have books

The recent reference to Dave Gerr's propellor handbook prompted me to remind everyone of the excellent resources available to prospective sub designers. I know that recommended books are listed on the PSUBS website, but I thought a reminder might be in order, given how often certain design topics arise on this board. To start, I will suggest four invaluable references I have on my shelf:

Propellor Handbook
The Complete Reference for Choosing, Installing and Understanding Boat Propellers
Dave Gerr
http://www.amazon.com/Propeller-Handbook-Installing-Understanding-Propellers/dp/0071381767

Safety Standard for Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy
ASME PVHO-1-2002
The American Society of Mechanical Engineers

Rules for Building and Classing Underwater Vehicles, Systems and Hyperbaric Facilities, 2002
American Bureau of Shipping

Concepts in Submarine Design
