[PSUBS-MAILIST] convention saftey rules

I forgot sometink. After the convention two subs were outfitted with releasble drop bouys. Small thinks made of pressure tight foam on a rope wheel with a flash light on top of it. Release hook from inside.

The organisator of the convention of soapbox-car kid races have some minimum technical rules. And without this rule you can not drive you car inside there convention: 1) has to have mechanical breakes, 2) Steering is blocked to 6 degree each side. 

For a Psub convention the sub should also fullfill some minimum saftey features.. 
..otherwhise the should only static displays there. 

For example only : 

Rules
Sub should have at least two undpendable saftey features from the following list..

- Drop weight 
- underwater radio
- surface radio
- release bouy 
- reasonable emergency flood vale and scuba basic gear
- second ballast tank system
- fire extingusher

This system pevents most of the problems.. before the could happen.. 

Only dangerous situation on our convention was that one of the big diesel-electric boats leave there dive are and get into the dive area of the small boats and make a violent emergency surface exercice for show reason - not mor away as 7 feet from the small Nemo sub - my girl and I am just want to submerge.. 

Four of the subs owner decide to have underwater radio for the next convention in 2008. We decide to puchase together all the same system. 4 subs stations, 4 diver stations and 4 shore stations - to get a better price and can communicate together on one standard.
