[PSUBS-MAILIST] Through-Hull fittings.

Gentlemen:

The sub I'm designing has a planned max depth of 66fsw. Since that's only 2ATM of pressure, I was wondering if my through-hull penetrations could simply be sealed by O-Rings or epoxy.

I'm asking this because I'm considering my options for the pressure hull, and it may not be metal.
