Just an opinion.....Everyone associated with, participating in, or
observing from the side lines, needs to sign a letter releasing everyone else
from any kind of liability.
The ideas about a plan, regulation, enforcement, etc. are ALL valid.
But everyone has to sign off on their own conduct.
