Hi, Phil, et al  . . .

I believe the Dubai deal has to do with an u/w habitat hotel.  This month's
Popular Mechanics (?) has a spread on a proposed project by an ex-US
Submarines designer..

The layout is nothing short of stunning - each hotel "room" is, in fact, a
separable pod with a 4 inch acrylic hull/window at about 500 or so sq. feet
per unit.

Not too shabby.
