Hi Ken,
No I did not receive your schematic. Did you try
  my fax number ? 787 278 1505
By the way are'n t breakers enough to prevent
from high current in case of a jammed prop ?
My Resortsub2000 was a IVC Sportsub.
In the mean time I designed my Seahorse Dry
ambient sub for which I beleive I am the first one to build a dry ambient
sub . Though I did not invent anything but the "design" (Appearance)
since the sub works with known principles and existing parts / equipment.

Not only I comply with USCG regulations but it is
much more confortable. This design allows the
construction of a sub at reasonable cost vs 1 atm sub without the hassle of
  ASME / ABS.
The sub is still very safe with no possible life
threatening situations since the occupants can escape the sub in no time. I
usually dive in the depth of 30 / 50 Ft (max 130Ft)
To design the Seahorse  was very
challenging and more complicated than in a 1 atm sub because of numerous
  hydrostatic problems.
Then I decided to rebuilt my Resort sub
entirely including my dry ambient pressure cockpit design.
