Nice talk. Aside from the fact that both vehicles operate underwater, I find 
them so dissimilar in function and capability that I see no point to 
attempted comparision. The wet sub does one thing, the 1 atm sub does 
something else. They share a few, and I mean a VERY few, subsystems. The 
missions and methods are different.

Now, if you want to limit the discussion to shallow water systems, say 50 
meters, then you might get some sense out of it. Not otherwise.
