Hi, Guiseppe - we just finished a round of discussion around this very
topic. You probably missed it.
My system will use a Variable Buoyancy Tank (VBT) at surrounding water
pressure to take in water or air.
By using a simple bilge pump I will control how much water goes into the
tank. The level in the tank will remain consistent at all depths unless I
pump more in or out. The tank won't collapse because of a line running
from
my scuba tanks to a regulator attached to the tank.
