Your body breath much more humidity than the gas will be contains.. 

.. breath out close to an mirror or 
..breath out during winter time outside your house to test that..

No not realy, the co2 absorber will eat just a little of the moisture. 
But the top 2/3 of the pressure hull cylinder will be insulate - and the
1/3 below the foorplate not. Condensation will be happend below the
floor plates - and run than to the bilge system. Hopefully the area on
top of the floorplate were the crew is - will be more or less dry. 

But a Psub with a diver look in and out and wet scuba suit will be maybe
wet all the time..
